🤓Exam🤓

The GIF above ☝🏼is literally me for the past few days…👩🏻‍💻💁🏻‍♀️😅😅😅 can you imagine?! I decided to take a little break from revising to write an update post here. It’s crazy, but the semester 1 of my first year Nutrition Diploma is coming to an end (time flies when you’re having fun 🤩💃!). I have to do an exam before the end of March, and it’s the first one since like 2015 (when I was finishing college), so I’m a little rusty 🤭🤷🏻‍♀️, but hey! No excuses! 💪🏼

Before being able to dig into Nutrition in year two, the first year is all about Biomedicine, so Human anatomy, how the body works, all the bodily systems, etc. 🤯. The more I learn about it now, the more amazed I’m about the human body 🥰. It’s really incredible how we’re made, and how our bodies work, actually it’s hard to believe 🙉 kind of overwhelming! Millions of reactions happening in a minute… our bodies are just amazing! It must have been a very special power that created us, just something out of this world!

I believe now, more than ever that our body has the potential to heal itself, always working hard to achieve homeostasis (balance), but most of the time we don’t help it, instead we bring it down with our lifestyle 😓🤷🏻‍♀️.
