During the month of May I’ll be completing an Iron Man Style Challenge using robotic gait training 🤖🦾👣. In a usual lokomat session I do about 45-50 minutes, at alternating speeds, taking around 2000 steps resulting in a distance of approximately 1.4km. For the month of May I set out a challenge to do a 2km walk everyday, so Mon-Fri, hoping to reach 40km in the overall distance 😅. Do you think I can do it? 🤔🤞🏼💪🏼
My main goal is to achieve the distance I set out for myself in order to raise money for the An Saol Foundation, where I currently do my rehabilitation.
