I commenced the challenge on Tuesday 4th of May. Week 1 is now completed ✅🦾🤗

Distance: 2️⃣km and 50m

Wednesday 5th of May

Plinth workout 🏋🏻‍♀️: stretching, upper&lower limbs exercises, sitting balance and some standing

Duration: 1hr

Thursday 6th of May

Walk 👣

Distance: 2️⃣km and 51m

Friday 7th of May

Walk 👣

Distance: 2️⃣km and 101m

WEEK 1 Results:

👣 = 6km and 202m 💪🏼🔥

I’m doing the challenge in order to fundraise for the An Saol Foundation, where I do my rehabilitation. It’s an absolutely great cause, as every euro raised will be used to directly support the clients of An SAOL in their continued journey towards a better life.
