WEEK 2 #IronMonth

Week 2 has come to an end. We’re halfway there and I’m absolutely overwhelmed with the support that I’m getting. I’m so grateful to all the people I know and don’t know, who got involved and are helping me/us to promote the challenge as well as the fundraiser. I couldn’t do it without you ALL‼️ Thank you so much to my family, friends, and everyone else for all the support and encouragement. Plinth workout 🏋🏻‍♀️: stretching, upper&lower limbs exercises, sitting balance and some standing

Duration: 1️⃣hr

Thursday 13th of May

Walk 👣

Distance: 2️⃣km and 1️⃣1️⃣m

Friday 14th of May

Walk 👣

Distance: 2️⃣km and 2️⃣3️⃣m
